We are Disabled-led and we centre the lived expertise of Disabled people to create a more equitable and accessible world for us all. As facilitators and trainers we have worked with a host of diverse and divergent organisations to create change.

Learning

At Accountable Practice, we facilitate Disabled-led learning that is current and critical, to help people and organisations become more inclusive and accessible. We do this by taking intersectional approaches that are sustainable and fair. Our services include one-off workshops, training packages, and the option to create bespoke training tailored to your specific needs. Culture Change

We specialise in guiding organisations and groups through cultural change to prioritise disability inclusion. Our tailored training and consultancy services are crafted to assist you in embedding disability inclusion at the core of what you do. By working with us, you will be equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to foster a truly inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and empowers your people.
